Dinky Design ship to anywhere within the European Community (EC).
Please note that orders for customers within the EC, but outside of the
a) Liable for customs or excise duty upon receiving the goods, according to the customs and excise regulations in that country.
b) Split into more than one package.
Returns Policy
Damaged items - If items arrive damaged, we require you to send the product back to us in its original packaging or similar. A new item will be dispatched upon receipt and possibly upon investigation.
Erroneous Items - Items sent out in error will be exchanged for the correct item. We will send you a reply paid box or envelope and once we have received the incorrect item back from you, we will dispatch the correct one.
You must notify us of any problems with your order within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Failure to do so may leave us unable to rectify any problems. Where refunds are given, we reserve the right to issue a credit note (where appropriate). This is at the discretion of the management.
